Darius Seddiqui - President
Darius Seddiqui is a graduate of CSU Chico. He has extensive experience in business, as a financial adviser, and real estate investor. A self starter and student of life, Darius is more than just a business man; Darius is a world traveler (with unending curiosity, and a hunger for knowledge). His travels, exploration, and eye-opening endeavors have recently led him to bow out of the corporate world. He now thrives in the steady pursuit of his true passion-- helping others. A student of life, Darius's personal mission is to ignite his own inner flame through positive association, and to live a life free from regrets. Darius finds true joy in helping others. He is proud of his ability to always use creative solutions to solve life’s complex problems. The Bonfire Height’s project is one of those creative solutions. Darius Seddiqui’s aim is to facilitate an experience that will ignite everyone's inner flames, with a positive community (to encourage a cycle of learning and motivation).

Lynda Nguyen - Vice President
A former Pre-K/Kindergarten teacher, Lynda began her career with a love for igniting flames in (young) hearts and minds. With experience as a free-lance writer, a marketing manager for a NY consulting firm, as well as Real Estate sales, Lynda has exposure working with people of all walks of life. Public relations and community building comes naturally to her, as she has always carried a passion for making/maintaining friendships and connections. Her heart and soul lies in everything holistic, and personal development. Lynda is a trained Reiki Master, and a certified Firewalking and motivational instructor (FIRE); she is a teacher, and an eternal student of the healing arts. Lynda strives to educate herself everyday. Learning from every exchange, happiness, or heartache; she hopes to offer coaching, and wellness to others, authentically and compassionately.
Kelly Ernst - Event and Operations Director
Kelly grew up on the east coast and slowly made her way west, going to graduate school and working for almost nine years now in higher education. She is a life, leadership, and empowerment coach and loves to ignite people’s flames, fight privilege and oppression, and build relationships wherever she goes. Kelly is forever a learner & connector and is committed to her own self growth as much as her clients. Her diverse interests have ranged from triathlon coaching, rock climbing, canyoneering, acroyoga, and fire poi to nutrition coaching, happiness development, authentic living, leadership empowerment, and social justice work.
Casandra Stedham -Editor
Cassandra earned her BA in English Language and Literature at the University of Washington in Seattle and is currently working on her MA in International Policy Studies at Monterey Institute of International Studies. Her passion for language, writing, politics, and culture have led her to pursue a career in international journalism. Cassandra is currently working toward turning her dreams into reality as an editorial intern for The Women's International Perspective (The WIP), a global Internet news source.
