Why are you called Bonfire Heights?
How can I get to the venue if I am flying in?
San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are the closest airports to the 2014 Calistoga venue. If you rent a car it should be no longer than a 1.5hr drive. San Jose (SJC) is also in the surrounding area, further south of Calistoga. We may be able to provide you with a driver (a local volunteer) to pick you up. Please e-mail the request by August 1, 2014.
I have dietary restrictions?
The venue takes pride in its kitchen using local organic ingredients. They are more than happy to take special diet requests, e-mail us at the time of your registration (no later than September 1, 2014), to put the special request through.
What time does the event start?
Everyone is encouraged to arrive between noon and 3 pm on Friday October 10th. We start our introductions and opening talks at 4 pm. If you can’t make it until later that evening, please let us know in advance. We will keep the light on for you.
How are accommodations?
The accommodations sign-up/cost for Bonfire Heights will be posted in late March 2014. Mountain Home Ranch is rustic, clean, and comfortable (Bed and Breakfast style). There are also tent options for individuals who appreciate the outdoors.http://www.mountainhomeranch.com/accommodations
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children are welcome. Please be mindful of noise while keynotes are in session. Children are to be supervised at all times.
How do I become a Volunteer?
